15-Minute Habit: The Ultimate Coaching Experience
There are countless online language coaching courses out there today.
I know, because I have tried many of them myself.
Most of these traditional courses follow a familiar style:
you meet with a teacher once or twice a month to set your goals, and then you are left to complete the tasks on your own until the next session.
But in our busy daily lives, keeping up with that independent workload can be exhausting.
Many learners find themselves facing their next session feeling stressed, thinking, “I haven’t made much progress…”
When this happens, it’s easy to think,
“Maybe I should just take a standard weekly lesson. At least that forces me to sit down and study.”
The very charm of coaching—learning at your own pace—gradually becomes a heavy psychological burden.
As a result, many learners give up and slip back into passive lessons.
But let’s be honest: passive learning rarely leads to true fluency.
It was from this exact personal experience that I created the 15-Minute Habit.
How the 15-Minute Habit Works
The 15-Minute Habit takes place inside your private Google Classroom.
-
Daily Tasks at 8:00 AM:
Your task is delivered every morning at 8:00 AM, tailored to your local time zone. -
15 Minutes of “Japanese Brain”:
Switch your brain to Japanese at whatever time suits you best. -
4 Tasks per Week:
Tasks are delivered 4 times a week.
If you get too busy on certain days, simply try to catch up by the weekend. -
Consistency Over Perfection:
Scientific habits aren’t ruined if you miss a day or two.
The most important thing is to keep going in the long run. -
Two-Way Communication:
The biggest charm of this course is that it is truly interactive.
Through mini-tests and daily submissions, you will receive personalized feedback from your teacher.
You will never feel alone in your study journey.
What do we do in those 15 minutes?
The teacher assesses each student’s progress, strengths, and weaknesses to create personalized tasks.
Every session is designed to ensure you output something within those 15 minutes.
