Q How will I receive the feedback?

After the lesson you will receive a written summary of corrections and more natural phrasing via the private chat room in Google Classroom.
Q Can I really talk about anything in the “Free Talk Course”?

A

Yes, the topic is completely free. Please feel free to discuss anything that interests you, such as your hobbies, work, or Japanese culture. The instructor will guide the conversation.
Q Where can I buy the materials for the courses?

A

The materials used are C.C.Rainbow’s original materials provided by the instructor and shered via Google Classroom. You do not need to purchase anything separately.

Q How do I book a lesson?

A

After purchasing your tickets on Stores, you will get access to our reservation system (via a link provided after purchase).
Q Do I have to book the same time every week?

A

No, it is not necessary. Since it’s a ticket system, you can make a reservation on a convenient time each week.

However, we strongly recommend weekly bookings for the “Weekly Call” to establish a habit.
Q Can I cancel or change a booked lesson?

A

Yes, you can change or cancel the lesson up to 12 hours before the scheduled time by notifying us via online classroom.

Cancellations made after this deadline will result in the ticket being used.
Q What is the deadline to book a lesson?

A

Please contact us at least 12hours before your desired lesson time.

We may not be able to accommodate requests made too close to the time.

Q Are there any trial lessons available?

A

No, we do not offer trial lessons at this time.

We believe in being fully committed to eachstudent’s learning from the very beginning, so we ask you to purchase a lesson for the main course . Instead, we encourage you to check out our weekly online lesson on YouTube to get a feel for our instructors’ teaching style and the lrsson atmosphere.

Q Can I get a refund or cancel my tickets?

A

Unfortunately, purchased tickets are non-refundable. Please confirm the coourse details carefully before completing your purchase.
Q Is there an expiration date for the tickets?

A

Yes, your purchased tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Please ensure all lessons are used before this date.
